I told them this was not ok and i quit. Overall it is a great place to work and the people you work with are awesome people. However the upper level Maintenance people do not care who you are. Thus i lost a great job because i applied for another job inside Nissan.
Nissan was the best company I had ever worked for. Ten years later, I am now browsing the Internet for other opportunities. No longer do you see the Japanese diligence for quality. I trained new techs. As soon as they got trained they left for other jobs. Some of Nissan's Tier 1 suppliers pay their techs more money and with much less stress.

The hard parts of my current job is all the different kinds of equipment that is there. Although its the hardest i also find it to be very enjoyable because i am always challenged and have to learn new things on a regular basis. I have learned alot from working there. I have learned alot about robots, cnc machines, further in depth with plc programming, and shaped out my troubleshooting abilities.
